Shipping policy

EU Customers

Due to the GPSR regulations we no longer ship to the EU & NI. We are actively looking at ways to resolve this so we can resume accepting orders from the EU.

UK and International customers 

Orders are dispatched 3-5 days after purchase. 

All orders are currently shipped via a tracked service (Royal Mail for domestic and DHL/Royal Mail for international). Parcels may require a signature on arrival customers will receive tracking information once there order is shipped and an estimated arrival time.  

Rates 

• UK Standard Delivery 3-5 days: £4.99 standard. Free on orders over £150.00
• UK Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri cut off 1pm): £6.99
• US Shipping: £20.00 standard. 
• Rest of World Shipping: £20.00 standard. 

IMPORT DUTY & TAX

Please note that you are responsible for paying any customs or import charges.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Policies vary depending on the region/country please check your local customs office for more information. Chosen Number cannot be held accountable for delays due to custom clearance. 

If you refuse the delivery please note- Original shipping costs and any return courier fees charged to us by DHL will be deducted from your refund, as per our policy.
